Lacey is a blue mottle, a colour not often seen, especially
in the show ring. Lacey won a lot, she moved lovely. A very pretty bitch, we had
a few incidences in the ring, when a judge wouldn't be sure about her colour,
(being the only mottle being shown, they didn't know if it was correct) one judge
Mr David Powers from Mexico checked with the ring steward and luckily the steward
knew that it was correct,and once the judge knew that, awarded her Best In Group
and that was at the first big show held at the RNSWCC grounds. Another big win
for her was at the 1991 Brisbane Royal, Mr R Moore (USA) who owned cattle dogs
himself, loved her, gave her Best of Breed, Runner Up In Group 5 and Opposite
sex In Group |
