Pirate was one of our best dogs, he was a consistent winner. A big strong sound dog of correct colour, good top line and one reason for his many wins was that he moved correctly, like most of our dogs, he had width between his hind legs. Besides his Best In Show wins, he won two Reserve Challenges and a Best of Breed, Runner up In Group 5 and Best Australian Working Dog at the Sydney Royal, a level that Cattle dogs seldom reach.

impressed by him. He moved so well, he was also a very balanced dog with a lot of
strength. He had the correct head, the very tough, nice expression, a beautiful
body, had about the correct angulation and he moved very well.
